Welcome to the Doctrinal Statement page of The Eternal Life Church of Christ, where we outline our beliefs and core principles as a faith-based community. As a Community and Society - Faith and Beliefs organization, we strive to provide a comprehensive understanding of our doctrine and what shapes our spiritual journey.

Our Beliefs

At The Eternal Life Church of Christ, our beliefs are central to our mission of spreading the eternal message of faith. We firmly believe in the power of a loving and forgiving God, who grants us salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. It is through this unwavering belief that we find solace and guidance on our path to eternal life.

The Divinity of Jesus Christ

As devoted followers, we acknowledge and celebrate the divinity of Jesus Christ. We firmly believe that Jesus is the son of God, sent to Earth to offer redemption and salvation to humanity. His life, death, and resurrection represent the ultimate sacrifice and act of love, granting us the opportunity to receive eternal life through faith in Him.

The Authority of the Bible

The Bible serves as the foundation of our faith, providing wisdom, guidance, and inspiration. We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God, written by human authors under the divine guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is through the study and understanding of the scriptures that we deepen our relationship with God and grow in faith.

The Triune Nature of God

Our belief in the Holy Trinity is fundamental to our understanding of God's nature. We profess that God exists in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity plays a unique role in our spiritual journey, offering their divine presence, grace, and love to guide us through life.

The Doctrine of Salvation

Central to our faith is the doctrine of salvation. We believe that salvation is a gift from God, offered to all who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We acknowledge that we are all sinners in need of redemption and that it is only through the transformative power of faith that we can receive forgiveness and eternal life.

Our Spiritual Practices

As a community of believers, we are dedicated to nurturing spiritual growth and fostering a deep connection with God. Our spiritual practices serve as a means of strengthening our faith, encouraging fellowship, and offering support to one another.

Worship and Prayer

We believe that worshiping God and offering prayers is essential to our spiritual well-being. Through communal worship services and personal prayer, we express our devotion, gratitude, and seek guidance from the Almighty. Our heartfelt prayers serve as a means of connecting with God and deepening our relationship with Him.

Bible Study and Reflection

We encourage individuals to engage in regular Bible study, both individually and collectively, to gain a deeper understanding of God's teachings and His will for our lives.
